I Upset machine
1.Main Application
It is the hydraulic press special for end upsetting of oil field and oil pipe(sucker rod). It can be also used for hot extrusion/cold extruding of similar pipe fittings or gathering stock of shaft parts, and etc.
2.Structure
2.1 Three beam four column , welded steel plate.
2.2 Upper rotation of the slider adopts single cylinder pressure structure and the slider guide adopts eight guide sleeves.

II Medium-frequency heating equipment
The power and frequency are the most important parameters. The power is effected by production capacity and the working frequency is effected by effective heating thickness.
According to customer's supplied production capacity, the heating time for one pipe end need 30 s , then we calculate the total power of heating need 400KW.

3. Heating inductor
To reduce the heating area of coverage, induction coil should adopt the assembled magnetic coil with conduction special materials, which could narrow induction heating area width. The coil outside spreads on the imported thermostability material. Which not only avoid the magnet be effected by heat, but also function as insulating.
The diathermy stove mainly consists of transducer, stove body and conveying roller. The transducer is sealable power cabinet. All kinds of electrical components are installed in the cabinet. The stove body frame is welded with U-bar and steel plate. Inside there are capacitor, busbar, up-down water way and pneumatic components etc. Sensor installed on the desk surface of stove body. Stove body and transducer have the door could be locked to keep the tightness inside. Blank conveying roller way is set on the inlet end. The center height level with the sensor center height. There is outside control table on the easy-operating place, which control the medium-frequency transducer controlling buttons, heating time and machinery conveying etc.
III Machinery device
It consists of turning over material machinery, automatic rolling machinery, automatic supporting machinery, automatic feeding machinery, automatic returning material machinery, automatic pinching device, conveying roller way, quick pulling machinery etc.
1 Storing material desk and turning over material machine
The storing material desk could store 10-15 pcs of workpiece. It is driven by the oil cylinder and turning over the steel pipe from storing desk to conveying roller.
2 Feeding material conveying roller way
It is installed in the machinery frame, it drived by hydraulic station, each oil cylinder do the action of loading material, supporting material and conveying material. The operating speed could adjusted.
3Heating conveying roller way
It is roller way specially for adjusting the operating speed when workpiece heating. It drived by hydraulic station. The heating speed could be adjusted according to different heating requirements for different products.
4 Quick pulling conveying roller way
It is installed on the outlet point with another oil cylinder driven. The operating speed is faster than heating conveying roller way in a large extent. After finishing heating workpiece, roller way motor will start at once, make the workpiece quick leave far to the heating area.
IV Operation cabinet and control system
The total console is controlling the medium frequency heating equipment and machinery device. It is set on the installing place, it will help the controlling for the whole procedure of heating. 4-1 Controlling for medium frequency transducer
D. C. voltmeter, medium frequency volmeter, medium frequency meter, water pressure and total error indicator light are installed on Outside operating desk operating panel. The starting, adjusting and closing of transducer could be achieved on the outside control desk. It could display main operating parameters of medium frequency transducer. Meanwhile the overcurrent, overpressure and cooling water undervoltage error could displayed.
4-2 Controlling for the machinery equipment
The controlling and speed adjusting of the Feeding material conveying roller way, heating conveying roller way and quick pulling conveying roller way could achieved on operating panel. The feeding machinery and discharging machinery is controlling automaticly.
4-3 Monitoring for infrared thermometry
Operating panel installed the infrared thermometry meter. The audible and visual alarm is installed.
